At Cremo, we stand behind the quality of our grooming products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed at our warehouse.
